Care is most fragile at night
We’re speaking with care leaders
about night-shift challenges.
What night-shift teams tell us:
• Wandering and agitation near exits
• Alarms that escalate rather than calm
• Staff forced to react too late
Reduce night-shift escalation
We’re inviting a small number of memory care and long-term care facilities to participate in a short, paid pilot focused on one of the hardest operational windows: night shifts.
The goal is simple: reduce unnecessary escalation at night, support staff judgment under pressure, and catch early signs of distress before doors, alarms, or incidents are triggered.
Pilots are deliberately limited in scope, non-intrusive, and designed to fit existing night-shift workflows without adding documentation or monitoring burden.
• One defined area or exit (your choice)
• No cameras, no wearables, no resident tracking
• Privacy-first and dignity-preserving by design
• Clear start and end date

Calm before escalation
The focus is early awareness and de-escalation, reducing unnecessary alarms and reactive interventions.
